Triton UWF Tumbled Clay Pavers ^TM

Triton UWF Tumbled (Was Baksteen Ash) Clay Pavers. Perfect for the modern path & driveway.  These neutral coloured clay pavers are tumbled for a weathered look.
Lay these pavers on edge onto a suitable sub base and they will be strong enough to carry heavy, vehicular traffic. Using this method, each pack will cover approximately 9.6 square metres.
For faster coverage, lay the pavers using the 50mm side as the thickness - great for making paths, borders and for carrying light vehicular traffic. This way, one pack covers 12.63 square metres approx.

Dimensions

200 x 65mm x 50mm (laid on edge) l x d x w 1300kg (average nominal weight kg) approx 100 per m2 with recommended min 3mm joint, 10.4m2 per pack, 1040no of units per pack.

200 x 50mm x 65mm (laid on bed) l x d x w 1300kg (average nominal weight kg) approx 77per m2 with recommended min 3mm joint, 12.4m2 per pack, 1040no of units per pack.

Clay Description:

Clay minerals are formed over long periods of time by the gradual chemical weathering of rocks. When dry, clay becomes firm and when fired in a kiln, permanent physical and chemical changes occur which cause the clay to be converted into a ceramic material suitable for use as bricks and paviors.

Clay Colours:

Clay paving comes in a rich array of earthy colours including terracotta, charcoal and buff yellow and offers an alternative to sandstone and granite pathway setts.
