APL Supplier of the Year

The entire Arbour Landscape Solutions team was surprised and delighted to be named Supplier of the Year at the 2021 APL Awards. As a relatively young Company, we were taken aback, not just at the award, but at the industry feedback that followed. Richard and the team would like to thank Phil Tremayne and the APL awards committee for their confidence in us - and for Phil’s kind words.

Debs Addison: Debs is arguably one of the best logistics organisers in the entire landscape industry. Her flying fingers keep every single one of our customers up to date with the status of their orders. Because of Debs, everybody knows when to expect their deliveries. And you know - that if Debs says it will be with you by 11am - it definitely WILL be with you by 11am. 

Upshot Media: Stuart and Jason at Upshot Media are the team that built and developed the Arbour Landscape Solutions website. All of those time saving tools on the website are 100% bespoke and hand crafted by this dynamic duo. Honestly, it seems as though whatever Richard and the team think up, these boys can build it. Highly recommended!

Roman Endisch: Roman is the IT wizard who keeps all of our invoicing, accounting and customer records software running smoothly. He, too, has created bespoke solutions for the Arbour team and he’s the number one reason that Richard always seems to have an instant answer to your questions.

Anna Roochove: Anna is our very talented and creative PR lady. Using social media and press contacts, Anna is great at creating awareness of our products and services and even more importantly, she starts the conversations that help us to supply you with what you need.

Angela Lambert: AKA Lady Lawn. Angela has been working with Arbour Landscape Solutions for almost three years. In that time she’s built around 1500 product profiles, 50+ shipping matrices, dozens of articles. This lady is a bit of a danger woman - risking the wrath of her bees to supply the team with delicious Norfolk honey.

Richard and Gaby Bickler: Richard heads up the company and does all the talking, but actually, it’s mainly Gaby who keeps the business running smoothly. They’re a great team who genuinely love the landscape industry and want to make life easier for each and every landscaper and garden designer in the UK.
