What Are Your Opening Hours?

Arbour Landscape Solutions Ltd is open online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The office is open Monday to Friday 0800am to 1800pm, Saturday 0900am to 1300pm, Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Having run a busy landscaping business for 25+ years, Richard knows only too well that landscaping and construction are not 9-5 industries. All too often, product research and quoting is done during evenings and weekends. With Arbour Landscape Solutions Ltd you can see prices and place orders at any time of the day or night.

How do I pay for my order?

The Arbour Landscape Solutions Ltd website is as secure as any site could be. We're 100% confident that you can safely enter your card details at the checkout and pay online.

Orders over £ 2000.00 will generate a pro-forma invoice with our bank details on and will be emailed to you, check spam as sometimes they go there.

We will NEVER share any of your details with anyone else. (unless of course we're required to by law)

Do you send out product samples?

We can happily supply samples of most of our products, click on any product and order up to 5 free samples online for delivery and now collection from our yard in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.

However, in some circumstances we might need to charge for bigger/heavier samples such as full sized slabs, refundable upon an order.

If you need help choosing, get in touch and we can help you decide what works best for your project, your timeline and your budget.

If I order today, when will my products arrive?

Arbour Landscape Solutions Ltd have a strong reputation for delivering landscaping materials where and when you want them.

Once your order has been processed, we will set you up on our What's App Delivery Group Service, thereafter you will receive an email or text to let you know when to expect your delivery. One to three working days. (Subject to our T's & C's)

It would help us enormously if you could use the comments box at the checkout to let us know when you would like your delivery to arrive. Please also let us know about any site restrictions such as opening times, or potential problems with access. The one thing none of us want is  to have a delivery that can't be made.

The Arbour Landscape Solutions team are in touch with some of the best craftsmen and women in the country & further afield. If you need bespoke features in stone, porcelain or any other material, we can help.

Send us as much information as you can about your project and one of the team will look after you.

Where do your products come from?

Ethical sourcing is important to us.

Our wide range of products are sourced from the finest suppliers all over the world. We do visit our quarries and nurseries abroad to check that staff are well treated and the environment is respected.

Whenever possible we promote UK-made products and those from sustainable sources.

Where can you deliver to?

Our website shows prices for delivery to the UK mainland but that doesn't mean we won't venture further afield. At Arbour Landscape Solutions Ltd nothing is impossible. Tell us what you need and where you need it and we'll do our best to deliver it to you.

Do you visit sites and projects?

We love meeting customers and seeing how they use our products, so yes, whenever possible we come and say "hi".
