Click & Collect For Landscape Supplies Opens In Bedfordshire

Great News from the Arbour Landscape Solutions team - we’ve opened a click and collect service from our yard in Leighton Buzzard,  Bedfordshire.

Landscapers, Garden Designers, Property Developers and Landscape Architects are now able to order online from a specially selected range of materials on the Arbour Landscape Solutions website.  You can then collect your goods as early as the next working day. In fact, MD Richard Bickler says that he may even be able to organise same day collection if you’re in a hurry.

What Does This Mean For Landscapers And Garden Designers?

• No more waiting for lorries - when you are collecting, you’ll know exactly what time to expect materials to arrive on site.
• Forks on site for loading.
• Possible savings on delivery costs - depending of course on where you are and what you are ordering.
• You have 100% control over the size of vehicle you use to collect your order. Fantastic for landscaping sites with restricted access.
• Super convenient if you are short of just a couple of slabs or perhaps a bag of grout to finish off the job.
• Take the opportunity to look around the yard, see what’s in stock and collect samples for your next project
• A warm welcome is guaranteed with free flowing tea, coffee and snacks.
• With a reasonably central location and good road links, Arbour Landscape Solutions’ yard is within driving distance for landscapers in London and Central England.

How to Use The Click And Collect Service

2. Use the ‘hamburger” menu on your mobile phone or the pink menu bar on a PC to select the ‘Click and Collect’ category.

3. Browse the products on here and make your selection (not every product on the Arbour Landscape Solutions website is available for click and collect at this stage - but you can still order online and we’ll organise your delivery for you)

4. Follow the checkout steps one by one - don’t worry if you see delivery charges, they’ll disappear before you make payment.

5. At the final checkout page, select the click and collect option.  Any delivery charges will be deleted from the basket.

6. Process your payment as normal, using pay by Bacs or Credit Card at the checkout.

7. We will contact you to confirm your preferred collection date and time.

It couldn’t be easier.

What if my preferred product is not available for click and collect?

There are over 6,000 landscaping tools and materials on the Arbour Landscapes Supplies website but we haven’t got room for every one of them in the yard so click and collect only applies to selected products.

Many of our customers need a mixture of click and collect products and some that are delivery only.  When your order is mixed, we will keep you informed every step of the way so you will know what is ready for collection from our yard and what will follow on via our transport.  In many cases, if you are in a big hurry, our team will be able to suggest alternative products that ARE available to click and collect.  Never be afraid to call and ask - we pride ourselves in finding solutions for almost any problem.

Don’t worry - you won’t be charged for haulage on items you are collecting - our clever website technicians have done an excellent job of programming in the prices.

Can I pop in to the yard as I’m passing?

We need to make sure that everyone coming to our yard is safe, cared for and bone-fide.  Yard visits are strictly by appointment only. So please phone ahead to let us know you’re on the way.  

How long will it take to prepare my order?

We can normally have your order ready for you to collect next working day.  In some cases, if you place your order before 12 noon on a working day, your materials can be picked up later that afternoon. Please let us know if you are in a hurry and we’ll do our best to make life easy for you.

Are you open evenings and weekends?

Opening times for collections are Monday to Friday, 9.45 am to 4 pm. Excluding bank holidays of course.  Check you order details for more information.

Can you take payment at the yard?

Unfortunately we’re not able to process payment at the yard.  You will need to pay in advance either by credit card or bank transfer.  Unless of course you already have a credit account set up with Arbour Landscape Solutions.  if you're looking for a 30 day credit account email us right here.
