TV Programmes such as Grand Designs have brought the beauty of natural cedar, larch, and southern yellow pine to the public’s attention. Consequently, these beautiful timbers have seen a well deserved surge in popularity.

Not only are cedar and larch a dream to work with, the resin-filled wood needs very little maintenance.

Thermowood Battens and Cladding

New to the Arbour Landscape Solutions range is Thermowood. A sustainably produced alternative to cedar, larch and pine which is incredibly versatile.

Use Thermowood for fencing, cladding, decking, furniture and almost any application that takes your fancy.

The patented production method, heats the timber to around 200 degrees Celsius which causes chemical changes within the wood. Those changes improve durability and stability and improve the lifespan of the product.
