Brief
Major garden makeover

The extensive grounds to this mansion house were tired and in need of a refresh. Craig McGibbon and his team, with a little help from Greenacres Landscape Management worked to a tight deadline to add a garden room, re-turf, and replant the garden.
Sounds simple? There was a lot of hard labour involved and conditions were demanding at times but they finished the work on time and on budget.

Challenge
Teamwork makes the dreamwork

Project management is definitely one of Craig McGibbon's strong points. In order to meet the deadline for this project, deliveries needed to be on time and all of the teams needed to work efficiently.
Craig takes care to organise staff training throughout the year so that everyone is confident in their work and can communicate well. It really paid off with this commission.

Solution
Delegation to a trusted supplier

Arbour Landscape Solutions were asked to procure many of the materials needed. Delegating the ordering meant that Craig was able to concentrate on what was happening on site.
An element of re-contouring was needed before the lawn was installed and this called for quality topsoil to be imported. Added to that, the lawn was created using big roll turf. It's a speedy process, once you get the hang of it.
