Rounded Glacial Boulders

Every project needs a little something that reminds us all of the power of nature. These rounded glacial boulders were shaped by ice flows some tens of thousands of years ago. And that gives them an air of solidity, of permanence and of connectivity.

As you'd expect from a natural stone product, colours are subtle and fascinating. Look out for light to mid-grey‚ sometimes pinkish‚ granites; grey to buff quartzites‚ often finely banded; black and pink‚ well-banded quartzites; black and white‚ strongly banded gneisses of flatter aspect.

Please note sizes for boulders are measured across from left to right & these measurements are average sizes.

Sizes include the following:-

• Crate of 150-250mm approx 100no per crate.
• Crate of 250-350mm approx 50 per crate.
• Crate of 350-450mm approx 10 per crate.
• 400-600mm x 3 per max pallet.
• 600-900mm x 2-3 max per pallet.
• 400mm x 5 max per pallet.
• 500mm x 4 max per pallet.
• 600mm x 3 max per pallet.
• 700mm x 2 max per pallet.
• 800mm x 1 max per pallet.
• 900mm x 1 max per pallet.
• 10000mm x 1 max per pallet.
• 1200mm x 1 max per pallet.

Good to know

• Lead time is normally 7-10 working days, from receipt of payment.
• Boulders will be palletised and delivered on rigid vehicles with tail-lift and pump truck offload.
• Delivery is weekday, anytime, kerbside.
• Boulders can be supplied in loose loads as well, get in touch to know more.
• There must be sufficient hard standing for an 18 tonne vehicle to offload and deliveries cannot be made onto grass or gravel.
• Client is responsible for ensuring correct sizes and quantities.
• Please note there could be colour, size & texture variations within this product, all part of the characteristics of natural-stone.
• All sizes are approximate.
