Create a mature yew hedge - instantly

Yew (Taxus baccata) is one of the few conifers native to the UK. This inoffensive slow growing shrub has been a favourite with garden designers for centuries. Not only does it form a thick impenetrable screen, its evergreen foliage makes a great backdrop to any planting or hard landscaping design.

Use instant yew hedging as a noise barrier to protect your outdoor space from cold winds or to create garden "rooms" within a larger area. Yew is relatively slow growing and to create a hedge with young starter plants will take several years.

Arbour Landscape Solutions can save you years of waiting by supplying an instant yew hedge. Entirely UK grown, the whole hedge is nurtured by our expert growers. Once an order is placed the mature hedge is lifted in sections with its roots still intact. It is transported to site where all you have to do is replant it into a pre-dug trench. You will receive comprehensive installation and aftercare instructions with your order confirmation.

Available in heights of 1.2, 1.6, 1.8 & 2.0m.
Width of plants 60-80cm approx.
Length of plants 2.4m approx.
Weight: 80-150Kg per 2.4 m section
Up to 65 linear metres of hedging can be delivered by artic, up to 35 linear metres by rigid lorry, up to 25 linear metres on a 7.5t lorry & up to 10m on a luton van.
