Sinai Pearl Grey Limestone Bullnose Steps are fashioned from a fascinating material with incredible natural colouring. As with most natural products, every single piece is unique. These steps, along with Sinai Pearl Grey Limestone Paving, are especially powerful in colour schemes utilising white, blue, and purple tones.

What does it look like? Sinai Grey Limestone paving is generally a mid-grey colour which is run through with numerous veining features.  A warm copper tone, comes from Pyrite  - just one of the minerals naturally embedded  in this sedimentary rock. For our stock holding, we have chosen the HONED SURFACE with TUMBLED EDGES to minimise chipping which can occur with limestone.

Arbour Landscape Solutions has a UK based stock holding of Sinai Pearl Grey Limestone pavers and steps, meaning that we can normally deliver your chosen products in as little as 2-3 working days after receipt of order.  Beause natural stone can be brittle and sometimes gets chipped in transit, we recommend ordering an extra 5% so that your project is not delayed.  We will, of course, replace any broken slabs provided you let us know about them within 48 hours of delivery.

Sinai Pearl Grey Limestone Steps have a neat bullnose edge and a contemporary honed surface with tumbled edges. Straight units have a bullnose front edge, whilst corner units are bullnosed along two adjacent edges.

• External Corners, Bullnosed on two edges, 350 x 350 x 38-40mm x  75no per pack, 9.11m2 per pack,  900kg per pack.
• Tolerances +-3-5mm along all axis's.
• Honed Surface & Tumbled Edges.
• Pendulum Test Value, Shod Foot Test -  66 Dry / 31 Wet, Slip Risks-Dry-Low, Wet-Moderate) Bare Foot Test - 55 Dry/8 Wet, Slip Risks- Dry Low, Wet-High) 
  (This surface finish is Not suitable for bare foot traffic around swimming-pools. We can provide alternative surface finishes or surface treatments that will not alter the surface colour appearance, get in touch for more information)

• Fissures in stone are a natural part of the stone and are not considered flaws or defects. You can just admire them for making your stone project unique.
• We recommend you order free samples to show your clients/contractors the finish.
• Please note limestone dust residue could be present within the crates, once the products are laid the dust should be easily removed with water, hard brush/pressure washing application.

Please note limestone when laid is a strong material, however it can be brittle and whilst we take measures to protect the stone as best we can, damages do unfortunately happen in transit. We will replace any slabs that arrive broken, but please handle with care.
We recommend ordering an extra 5% at the checkout to avoid potential delays on site.
For best results, we suggest that you mix paving between crates prior to installation.
Egyptian Grey limestone paving has occasional inclusions of mineral deposits which may present rust spots. These can be dealt with using Lithofin Bero if need be and will diminish over time through natural weathering.  

WE ADVISE THAT ALL NATURAL STONE SHOULD BE IDEALLY LAID ON PERMEABLE DRAIN MORTAR WITH PERMEABLE JOINTING COMPOUNDS WITH MINIMUM 3MM JOINT WIDTHS & MINIMUM DEPTHS OF 20MM OR WITH A SEMI DRY SHARP SAND-CEMENT 4:-1 WITH SUITABLE BONDING BRIDGE.

PLEASE NOTE ANY STONE SAMPLES SUPPLIED ARE INTENDED TO REPRESENT THE RANGE OF SURFACE FINISHES, TEXTURES AND COLOURS.
THE SAMPLES SHOULD ALWAYS BE VIEWED UNDER NATURAL LIGHT, WHICH SHOULD IDEALLY REPLICATE THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE IN-SITU PRODUCT.
WHILST THE PRODUCTION PROCESSES ARE CLOSELY CONTROLLED, AS A NATURALLY OCCURRING PRODUCT, DEVIATIONS FROM THE MEAN DO OCCUR BOTH INTERMS OF THE NATURAL STONE ITSELF AND THE RESULTANT SURFACE TEXTURES, FINISHES AND COLOURS SUBSEQUENTLY PRODUCED DURING THE PRODUCTION PROCESS, THEREFORE WE ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE A REPLICATION OF THE SAMPLES PRODUCED.
