Delivery

• Delivery is normally within 1-3 working days depending on stock levels at the time of ordering.

• If you need a smaller vehicle, crane, forklift or HIAB offload, please let us know ASAP and we will quote you for the service.
• Porcelain Paving sometimes varies in colour or size between batches. Please order enough to finish your project in one go.

• We recommend to lay in third bond ratio. Please contact us for information on best techniques for laying and indeed for any other questions you may have.
• We urge all customers to purchase enough slabs to complete the whole project in the first instance, as we cannot guarantee that additional orders will be the same batch as before. Please keep a record of your porcelain batch number, then if you do need more we can at least try our utmost to get the closest match possible.
• 10% should be allowed for wastage and cutting.
