Cherry Laurel - a great plant for a truly instant hedge, otherwise know as common laurel.

There's nothing "common" about the common laurel used to grow these instant hedging solutions from Arbour Landscape Solutions!

We take the finest healthiest examples of young Prunus laurocerasus plants and grow them into mature hedges in our plant nursery. It takes several years for the roots and branches of neighbouring plants to interwine and form an attractive screen of plants. Laurel is incredibly robust and grows well in almost any soil type.

We love the texture and shine on the evergreen foliage of Common Laurel. It creates a fabulous privacy screen absorbs noise filters dust from the air and seems to thrive in most weather conditions. In Spring it has very subtle flowers which are beloved of early flowering bumble bees.

Common Laurel is one of our most popular instant hedging solutions. Within hours of taking delivery of any of our instant hedges you will have a fully mature dense healthy and beautiful garden design feature that looks as though its been there for decades.

Available in heights of 1.2, 1.6,1.8 & 2.0m.
Width of plants 60-80cm approx.
Length of plants 2.4m approx.
Weight: 80-150Kg per 2.4 m section
Up to 65 linear metres of hedging can be delivered by artic, up to 35 linear metres by rigid lorry, up to 25 linear metres on a 7.5t lorry & up to 10m on a luton van.
